During the COVID 19 crisis, our veterinary hospital will continue to serve our clients. We appreciate your cooperation in the measures that we are taking to ensure the health of you, our staff and your pets.
Please call ahead to order food or medications. We will take your order and accept payment over the phone, and will provide no-contact pick-up in the foyer of our office–just call us from your cell phone when you arrive at the clinic and we will place your order in the foyer.
Call ahead for your pet’s appointments as usual. When you arrive, call us from the parking lot. Your payment information will be taken over the phone, and you can then bring your pet to the glass foyer. Close the door. We will then take your pet into the exam room. Dr. Clarke will call you on your cell phone to take your pet’s history, and then will conduct an exam. She will then call you back to discuss her findings. Once your pet’s appointment is concluded, your pet will be placed in the glass foyer (along with any medications or other purchases) for you to pick up.
